FormFit stores account details, workout completion records and basic activity logs to provide the service.

What is stored?

Name, email, password hash, workout history, optional notes, and security/activity events. Passwords are hashed; the plain-text password is not stored.

Who can access it?

Members can access their own account data. Administrators can manage members and workout content. Hosting providers may process server data as part of providing hosting.

Media

Exercise media may be served from the website or an external provider. Use only media you have permission to publish.
